Welcome to RFP Intel ("Service"), a product of Cliento Digital LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Use of the Service

RFP Intel is an AI-powered tool for analyzing Request for Proposal (RFP) documents and generating proposal content. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any portion of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload our systems
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system

2. Subscriptions and Billing

RFP Intel offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. All subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected subscription.

3. Intellectual Property

All content generated by RFP Intel (analyses, drafts, compliance matrices) is provided for your use. You retain ownership of the RFP documents you upload and any content you create using the Service.

4. Privacy and Data

RFP documents you upload are sent to Anthropic's API for analysis. We do not store the full content of RFP documents beyond your active session. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Disclaimers

RFP Intel provides AI-assisted analysis and draft content. All output should be reviewed by qualified professionals before use in any official proposal submission. We make no warranty that the Service will be error-free or that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or compliant.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cliento Digital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
